Our mission is to revive the ancient Venetian tradition of Malvasia, the wine that, more than any other, has a deep historical connection with Venice. We strive to explore its widest expressions, both through various Malvasia specialties and distinct approaches: from fermentation in terracotta amphorae to the ancestral method, all the way to our innovative and exclusive "Dogal method," which combines the Charmat method with the Solera system.
